The apartment Godard is located on the 4th floor outside of a recently refurbished building opposite the The Vistillas Park, with a view over the Almudena Cathedral and the Viaduct. The Vistillas Park is one of the most typical sites of the capital. Although it is popularly known as the Vistillas Park, its real name is Plaza de Gabriel Miró. Its privileged situation gives a view to the Casa de Campo, the Almudena Cathedral or the Carretera de Extremadura, which together with the Carabancheles, framing a single vision of this part of Madrid.

Here were located the palaces of the Duke of the Infantado and Duchess widow of Osuna. The landscaping of the area led to the installation of terraces by several bars in the park, inviting you to cool off at sunset.

Through the Segovia street we arrive to the Plaza Mayor and the neighborhoods of the Austrias and La Latina, the true centre of the capital.
