The Polanski apartment is ideal for a large family or for a group of friends sharing. The district

The La Latina district is constantly changing, yet still manages to preserve the true charm of Madrid. Situated very close to the Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace, and full of bars and restaurants, it’s also home to the most famous market in Madrid, the Rastro flea market, which takes place every Sunday and on holidays in and around the Cascarro square. Further points of interest in the vicinity are the San Francisco Church, the Plaza de la Paja and Las Vistillas (one of the best viewpoints in Madrid), amongst others. The apartment is ideally located for visiting the city centre on foot, as well as for experiencing the streets of Segovia, Bailén and also Toledo – from which you can access the Plaza Mayor and the Puerta del Sol. These are only 5 mins. from the apartment.
You can find in the surrounding area some of the most traditional restaurants in Madrid, such as Botín or Casa Lucio, as well as many bars and nightclubs.
