The apartment Chabrol, newly renovated and very bright, is located on the first floor of a renovated old building. Cheerful and bright, has a large living room with two balconies to the street, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, a partitioned bathroom and an independent full kitchen.

The neighborhood

Lavapies is a neighborhood of Madrid with a great and multicultural taste, in its markets we can find all the flavors of the world and in the streets, restaurants of all nationalities. Just 300 meters away is the Plaza de Lavapiés which gives its name to the neighborhood, with its metro station that connects the city. In there, the National Theatre Valle Inclan, and all kinds of shops and services including a supermarket. In the streets Lavapiés and Argumosa we can enjoy bars and terraces with a great atmosphere. Not far is the Museum Reina Sofia and its recent expansion and from there we can continue along the Paseo del Prado arriving to the Prado Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza. Across Tirso de Molina and the Magdalena street on the other hand, we find the Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor. It is also noteworthy that the apartment is in a restricted traffic area, so visitors can certainly enjoy a quiet zone.
